DMMA College of Southern Philippines
The DCSP Maritime Training and Assessment Center started offering Basic Safety Training (BST) way back in 2003 with the accreditation from the Commission in Higher Education (CHED). As a CHED-accredited Training Center, it can only accept the maritime students of the DMMA College of Southern Philippines. As time goes by, the Training Center grew by leaps and bounds and by 2006 it was accredited by the Maritime Training Council as a training provider for Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).

The Manila Central University (Pamantasang Sentral ng Maynila inFilipino, commonly abbreviated as MCU, formerly known as the Escuela de Farmacia del Liceo de Manila) is a privatenon-sectariannon-stockeducational institution situated in EDSA, Caloocan City, Philippines. It was founded and first directed in 1904 by Dr. Alejandro M. Albert.

MCU is one of the former member universities of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines, from 1952 to 1962.

The University of Batangas or UB, the former Western Philippine College is a private university located in Batangas CityPhilippines. The University of San Agustin (commonly referred to as San Agustin, San Ag, or USA) is a private Catholic university in Iloilo City, Philippines. With 40 initial students, it was established in 1904 as a preparatory school for boys by the Spanish Catholic missionaries under the oldest religious Roman Catholic order in the Philippines during the American colonial period, the Order of Saint Augustine (San Agustin). In 1917, it was incorporated and became Colegio de San Agustin de Iloilo. In March 1953, San Agustin attained university status making it the first university in Western Visayas. San Agustin is the first and only Augustinian university in the Asia-Pacific region.
